本文所介绍的两种外围自动机器人是为参加“中央电视台第四届全国大学生机器人电视大赛”而设计制作的。该项赛事每年举办一次,冠军队将有机会代表中国参加当年亚洲广播电视联合会主办的亚太地区机器人大赛。本届机器人比赛的主题是“登长城,燃圣火”,意图是通过手动机器人和自动机器人协作,登上长城并向5个火炬和4堆篝火添加燃料得分。
本文围绕着外围火炬自动机器人与外围篝火自动机器人的机械设计展开研究。首先通过对本届赛题特点的分析制定了总体设计方案,其次通过分析比较介绍了四种不同的比赛策略,之后根据方案及策略对机器人提出了设计要求,最后详细介绍了两种外围自动机器人的机械设计。
The two kinds of outer automatic robots mentioned in this article are designed and manufactured to be used in The 4th China University Robot Contest “CCTV Robocon 2005”. This contest is held annually and the team who wins the championship will, on behalf of China, get the opportunity to participate in the Asian Robocon game of the same year which is held by Asian Broadcast Union. The theme of the current contest is “Climb on the Great Wall, Light the holy fire”, the aim of which is to climb the Great Wall and feed Fuel Balls into five Torches and four Bonfires by collaboration between Manual and Automatic robots.
This article mainly discusses the mechanical design of the outer-torch automatic robot and the outer-bonfire automatic robot. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the current contest, the article gives the main principles of robot design, then four different strategies are introduced by comparison, after that the article brings out the design request of either kind of robot according to the design principles and game strategies, finally it discusses the mechanical design of the two kinds of outer automatic robots in detail.
